About The Ginger Artist
Dancing across media, from film to canvas to skin, The Ginger Artist is a self-described Creative Badass. TGA has been drawing and painting ever since she could hold a crayon and continues to explore, expand, and refine her understanding of artistic expression. Her mother is her biggest supporter. Her art is an extension of her eye, contorting larger than life concepts and placing them in front of expressive, untamed backdrops. The Ginger Artist draws inspiration from everywhere and churns it into a colorful punk rock celebration. Her work off canvas continues that theme. As a body painter, this redhead rock star transforms flesh and face into playful masks and aggressive expressions of beauty, movement, and emotion.
The Ginger Artist's work is inspired by life events and fictional characters. She is always in search of inspiration in her travels and new faces. She is a huge supporter of the artist community and is also always interested in new opportunities. The Ginger Artist is originally from Tustin, California, moved to Austin, Texas in 2014 where she thrived in the Texas Comic Con scene, creating original works and pop culture inspirations from film and anime and making life-long friends. Eventually the winds changed, and personal tragedy brought a necessity for hibernation. Emerging from that cocoon required a change of scenery and a warmer climate. So, in June 2021 she packed up and made a big solo move to Maui, Hawaii.
On Maui, TGA started to find herself again, tapping into TikTok trends, painting challenges and collaborations. The creative juices and dreams of the past started to spark, and she found herself immersing herself into local Maui art markets and art shows. Five years later, its 2026 and The Ginger Artist is hungry to re-establish herself as a creative force in the world with the aim to work with people instead of for people, to fill her life with travel, culture and art.
Now back stateside and currently in collaboration with ComaToast Creatives as a lead artist, TGA works with her partner SECRET LYNX to bring their creative dreams to life. ComaToast is a parent business with the goal to umbrella the various projects they will pursue. A lifetime of art and healing has helped to nurture creative freedom and in doing so, TGA has created outlets of creative expression that she dreams to share with the world. Art everywhere is just the start.
…ON MY TATTOO JOURNEY…
The Ginger Artist has been tattooing since 2023 with very little direction at first, however she has thrust herself into youtube and other artists to teach herself the basics and has shown immense promise in honing her craft. Currently tattooing out of her house, she hopes to build up a reputation and quality portfolio to eventually step into the world of tattoo shops and make her name in the game. The goal is to travel around the globe guest spotting at tattoo shops along the way!

About SecretLynx
In 2017 I challenged a lover (now my partner) to Inktober, to draw a picture everyday for the month of October. I started with a cat skull nestled in a bloom of dark feathers, with a sharpie, on the back of a torn envelope.
Nine years later and i've designed logos for yoga companies, challenge coins for whiskey tribe, game concepts characters and settings. My inspiration comes from nature, comics and manga, literature and most of all film.
I've rendered clay from the ground, bonded and shaped wood, forged metal and put paint on canvas, but my primary medium is digital. since 2002 I have also studied screenwriting / filmmaking and have several awards from various national and international festivals. Since 2004 i've crafted with paper and have had several installations of modular origami with digital projection.
Now i fold kusudama for fun and profit. My journey as an artist is still on going, join me wont you?
…ON MY ORIGAMI JOURNEY…
In 2004 I read an article about Robert Lang the origami artist and physicist, and how origami was solving real world problems. I decided to learn to fold a basic crane...by folding 1,000 of them. Over that time I fell in love with the craft, but when i discovered modular kusudama it bacame a kind of obsession. And now, 22 years later, I'd like to share that obsession with you.
