Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting COMATOAST PRODUCTIONS / THEGINGERARTIST / SECRETLYNX. We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
1. Processing Times
- Original Artwork: Please allow [3-5] business days for us to securely package and prepare your art for shipment.
- Prints & Merchandise: These items typically ship within [2-4] business days.
- Custom/Commissioned Pieces: Shipping timelines for custom work will be agreed upon individually at the time of the commission.
- Note: We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
- Calculation: All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Domestic (USA): We primarily use [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Estimated delivery is [3-7] business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. Local Pickup (Central Texas)
If you are local to the [New Braunfels / San Antonio / Austin] area, you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to bypass shipping costs.
- After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions for a scheduled pickup at our studio.
4. Texas Sales Tax
As a Texas-based business, we are required by law to collect 6.25% state sales tax (plus any applicable local taxes) on all orders shipped to a Texas address. Orders shipped outside of Texas are generally not subject to Texas sales tax, though you may be responsible for use tax in your own state.
5. International Shipping
We ship art worldwide. Please note:
- Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer. - Delivery Times: International shipping can take [2-4] weeks depending on customs processing.
6. How to Check Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box address and we cannot ship to it, we will contact you for an alternative physical address.
8. Damages and Insurance
All original artworks are shipped with full insurance. If you receive your order damaged:
- Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
- Take photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork.
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.
